Outstanding Account as a result of from 2005

On the 9th of March 2005 I reported to Telkom an account which was opened by an individual who lived at an address in Boksburg/Benoni. The matter was successfully resolved but in 2011 I reopened a Telkom account for my SME in my personal capacity and was advised that I had a small balance outstanding - after investigations; I found out that the had reopened the account using the same address in Boksburg; I submitted all paper work including that from 2005 and to date this has not been resolved despite a number of complaints directly to Telkom accounts department and a previous complaint on Hello Peter. On Tuesday, I got an sms advising that I have been handed over to KNInc (0313064352), ref: Nonto T1071/0155 for an outstanding Telkom account of R892.23. I have an account with Telkom: 639900916863, which according to my records is up to date. I am at wits end with Telkom's account/billing system - it seems that departments within the organisations do not work on one system which is why the accounts department is so incompetent. Lets hope that this new complaint gets this finally resolved.
