Getting Billed for services rendered

Telkom SA combined my accounts when they implemented a new system in 2010, I asked them to unbundled this as i do not need one account. When the accounts were "split " there were 2 accounts related to 0119076954 .The service 0119076954 was then issued with an account with out an Telephone number and one with a telephone number. I tried all avenue's to get this resolved all the doors were closed. Telkom SA listed me on ITC for non payment with out any notification, I am working for Telkom. Telkom SA informed me to cancel all contacts related to this problem on which I have done so as this would assist them to cancel and re -issue the services,

In this period that I need to get these accounts unbundled I was Informed from a call agent that I must do my own reconciliation of these account, I when to an Telkom Front office to obtain these accounts and did what someones got paid to do. There were a credit passed, but there are still an amount outstanding for services rendered, The service were more suspended than what it was function, so there was no service rendered

No one in Telkom SA can get back to me and explain where these charges are being drawn from. The matter was handed
