Falsely accussing me of not paying my account

This is the second Hellopeter complaint on this same matter, still the matter is not resolved.

Over the past several months I have received several phone calls asking about my 'unpaid' telkom account, but my account is paid up to date. They say that the bill is outstanding from the end of last year. So I ask them my account number... then they will quote to me a number

The thing is... that's not my account, I have a telkom account, it has a different account number but apparently this other account has my details on it! my name ID number etc.

several times they phoned me, everytime I patiently explain that yes, that is my name, that is my ID, but that is not my account, I have never received a bill for it, and my account was paid up. But they never seem to understand what I'm saying.

Today I got a phone call from lawyers (again), saying they will send me a summons over my unpaid account and oh I've been blacklisted.

With tears in my eyes I check my account balance... I'm still paid up.
but they continue to harass me over this other account that I don't know about and don't own.
The account which they have put in my name is 148781530001
BUT IT ISN'T MINE.
