My upgrades were due and because of time I sent Vodacom an email requesting a list of phones and tablets available on my current packages:

Hi, Both my contracts are up for upgrade. I would like to know what smartphones are avail on topup 135 and what tablets are avail on Top up datas/My Meg 500. Regards, Kazlen

This request in my mind is very simple, true enough I received a list of phones and packages available on my contracts.
I then went into the VODACOM Westagte store to fill out the forms and get my phones and tablest, only to hear that fro the phones I requested I need to pay in excess of Almost R6000.00 REALLY???
The more I tried to explain to the consultant that the list does not specify anywhere the WORDS PAY IN??? the more he said well that is theway it is "seriously mam for us to give you that phone on your package for 24 months is not worth it for us" This is terriable customer service and false advertising.
I am taking this to the papers and NCR because I asked what phones were avail and was given a list why can I not have what I want on the package I want? when the phones and tablets are on the list sent to me further more why should I pay in
