10210 - no answer going to Telkom direct no servic

Our company is moving, I have been phoning since Monday to the call centre without luck, deciding to go to Telkom direct shop, just to hear they don't do it we must phone 10210, phone the complaints department, sorry we will put you through to 10210, what is the problem here, I just need to move our service or create a new line and adsl so the company can be active again
