Vodacom has a list of phones you can get online on contract on their website. I tried getting one online and, which did not have the "out of stock" label on it, but to my surprise, i did not get a response from vodacom. Instead, i had to call them and try to place the order by phone. After a long conversation, i was told the phone was out of stock and they could not help me. I then tried selectiing another phone, and surprise surprise, they did not have stock as well. So i asked if i could order it anyway so they deliver whn they have stock but the lady said they do not do back orders anymore... My question is, why do they advertise these phones on their website with the option of buying them online if they never have stock of the phones. This is quite annoying... The lady actually told me to go to a physical vodacom store, which i did not want to do in the first place, because im a very busy person. This needs to be sorted... Not cool at all!!!
