I emailed you guys asking for help with my hosting account saying i need to move to a several single accounts instead of a full dealer hosting. But all I get a snotty response saying that I must login here, do this, do that...
If you guys aregoing to "claim" you a service company, then be a service company. Dont give client lip and attitude when they ask for help. Go out of your way to help.
Rules dont make for good service.
