I am so angry and feel so let down! I have been a loyal and regular customer for many, many years and have 4 Cell C Contracts, but will not be renewing any of the contracts in the future. I put my name down on a waiting list for 2 x upgrades at the begining of December for the I Phone 5 16g. I have phoned and gone in just about every second day to see if they have arrived and have just found out that the list that my name was on went a missing a long time ago and they started a new list about two weeks ago, but everytime I went in I was assured 'Don't worry, if your name is on the list we will definitely send you an sms to let you know that they have arrived' - I was BLATANTLY to and like a fool believed them!!! I believe they had received quite a few phones over the period - I was no. 5 and 6 on the list but sounds like friends were more of a priority. My Husband who is with Vodacom put his name down on a waiting list a week ago and guess what, within a few days they phoned him to come and collect it. Your service used to be excellent but is now non existent!!!
