POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have send 2 e-mails on Friday 24 May 2013 to Vodacom, first: to inform them of cancellation on one of our business phones, the other, to ask for the list of phones one of the Managers may use to decide which she would take for her upgrade. I received automated feedback replies with reference numbers on the one I need to upgrade and a letter from another person informing me of the cancellation that would be on the 30th June 2013. Then, all of the sudden I receive a mail yesterday with a quote on a Samsung S4 we need to sign from Ezequiel. And since yesterday I am trying to find out why I received quotes instead of the list! Then this morning he informed me that Nokukhanya send me quotes on Friday on various handsets. When I asked for the detail, she suddenly send me an e-mail, this was the first time I received anything from her! When I asked her why the quotes instead of the list, where is the proof that I have asked for quotes, she send me my first e-mail where I requested the list. Why am I being treated like an? This is not the first time that I have requested a list of phones to choose from, but the first time I have to struggle like this without any joy!
