Call Centre upgrading without my consent

Started to receive calls from 5 different call centre consultants in mid October 2013 regarding two of my numbers that are due for an upgrade early November 2013. Told them that I will not be doing an upgrade over the phone and that I will personally go to a Vodacom shop and do the upgrading (iPhone 5S) when they have stock because I was on the waiting list. Still they pestered me and every time I told them the same story. Early December 2013 when iPhone stock arrived I went to my nearest Vodacom shop to upgrade but instead I was told that I had already upgraded the contracts to new packages but with no devices. This was done by Rewards Co. without my consent. This is unacceptable. Been struggling since beginning of December 2013 to reverse the upgrades but with no avail. The help line keeps referring me to this number 0861236666 which does not exist or is always unavailable. I'm getting nowhere. Starting today the new contracts are active and I still don't have my desired phones. My next upgrade is due 2016 but currently I'm paying for two contracts that I don't want. Was at Vodacom again yesterday to sort this out with no luck. I'm very upset on this new year's day. Please help
