ON 4th April I put in my month notice on request of Vodacom to cancell my contract and migrate over to Cell C. Today 1st May contract still going on. I phoned and only to find out that they say applicaton to cancel contract has not been done. I have reference numbers and all but nobody seems to know nothing. I have cancelled already 2 contracts without a problem but at this stage they talking about account in arrears and cant help till account is up to date. I dont understand how it works as they have allowed it to be extended after i have cancelled it. Help!!!
