Hope you all is well with you, well 2 months ago I went to cancel my 3G contract account, and the said it was cancelled and I also wanted to cancell my phone account, they said i should come back on First week of June, which i came and yesterday I called them they said i owe R289, 97. For them to be able to close off my account, I paid for it, now today they say I owe R626 with extra charges that and i have not cancelled my 3g contract, i have not even used my 3G since, I can not understand were these amounts are coming from, all i want is to cancell my contract and i can even afford it.
