Mtn does not respond on inquiries and does not act

Mtn let me down -
1. My contract on Top up ran out and without contacting us doubled the tariff, R100.00 to R200.00 per month - with the excuse that it was my duty to contact them... but the contract does not require me to do anything like that nor can they point in which clause it was stipulated.

2. They cancelled my contact on the 29 April 2013, without notification, I received the full airtime and free sms's on 21 April 2013 at R200.00 for the month - I lost more than R400.00 worth of airtime and 25 sms's because of their action!

3. The actual contact was on my wife's name and a strange amount of more than R688.00 was deducted today and according to my calculations it should not have exceeded R500.00.

If I look at the service we received from Mtn I understand why they are loosing subscribers at the rate they do - they act as if they are doing everybody one of a favour...
