I bought a pay as you go sim card. I did the RICA requirement at CNA and I am still not able to connect to the network. As a matter of fact, I don't even have a number yet. Phoning the call centre is as help full as banging your head against a brick wall. I have emails that i need to send but no joy. Can someone help?
