My daughter has a blackberry with a R150 cell c contract. We took it out for her and were advised she would have to load BIS on a monthly basis, and it would be deducted from her R150 airtime. Subsequently Cell C have added an option to their BIS selections that allow the user to load recurring BIS. My daughter accidentally did this, and we received a bill for R207. I contacted Cell C via e-mail to cancel it. They responded, but did not cancel it and the following month R207 was again deducted. Again I contacted them via e-mail and again they responded but did not cancel. After the third deduction they phoned us and advised it would be cancelled and the money refunded, and my daughter would have to reload the once off BIS which she did. Today I receive an sms to say Cell C have deducted R207 from our account again. This is totally unethical and they make it such a hassle to cancel this and do not want to refund us, but take our money without even telling us of changes to their options. I want the additional R57 for each month that R207 was deducted refunded, as the contract we signed was for R150 only.
