I have a prepaid number which I did rica, firsly my number was deleted from the vodacom network by mistake then I had to go rica again which I did and today again my number was deleted. So guess what I have to rica my number again. This is and on top of it all I get through to a rude Portia who doesn't even want to listen to the problem. Vodacom is getting worse by the day. I'm sick of there service.
Last phone call to the call centre was on the 7/2/13 at 23:00.
