On joining VA, i did not get my free gift.
2 months later I asked for a squeeze bottle for my son and I. Took them 3 months to give me one. My son is still waiting.
During the March free gifts (squeeze bottle towel) I once again asked for the squeeze bottle which was promised. On this occasion I was told that in April all member will receive a towel and squeeze bottle. Turned out the talk was hogwash. He still has no bottle... 6 moths on.
April's free gift is a bag. I told them I could get someone to join, but since I did not get my free gift the time I joined, I would appreciate a bag too. Middle finger is all I got.
