Never received any promotional gifts

I have now been with virgin active for a good 13 years. I have initially joined the Lenasia branch and was promised promotional gifts etc. I have upgraded my membership to all over access for a good couple of years and have noticed that every other branch keeps to their promise except the Lenasia Branch. To me it seems like the staff is taking the promotional items for themselves. Recently both my sisters, brother in laws and all their kids joined (9 members). For all these people virgin active gave them 1 bottle. This is really sad to be supporting virgin active this long to receive one bottle.
