Poor service/response to complaints

I have emailed VA since 2012 regarding various queries I have with equipment, hygene and service at the Durbanville VA. Eventually when I got hold of Maryke Hensberg on my own because no manager was appointed at the time of my emails and calls during 2012. I emailed Maryke on 6 March 2013, I left various messages and also sent follow up emails up to 18 March 2013m whereupon Maryke asked me to again write my complaints email of 2012 because they have no record of this. She asked me to see her whereupon I requested my queries to first be answered in writing. On 27 March I followed up again because I have not received repsonse, when I eventually got hold of Maryke she said that she asked me to see her and I declined, I have in writing that she said that she was going to respond to my email. After requesting again for her to respond she did so on 27 March, we exchanged emails up to 28 March, I had to follow up again daily when she responded on 8 April that she was in Johannesburg and out of office and that she will follow up with head office, I have since been following up and still have no response to my further queries. Very frustrated VA Durbanville member.
