On Saturday I filled petrol at BP kensington and seen a very big board advertising 3 powerades and a free squeeze bottle. I bought the powerades with the hope of receiving the bottle for my son for his soccer practise. Once I paid for the powerade I was advised by the cashier that the squeeze bottles were out of stock. I was not provided with an alternative or even asked to come by when stock arrived. I find this completely unacceptable. It is also then false advertising if there is no stock and no alternative is suggested.
I am very upset because i bought the powerades with the specific intention of receiving the squeeze bottle. Why then have the sign up and misled people. Had I known that BP kensington had no stock i would have definitely used another BP. What upsets me even more is the fact that you don't care about your customers.
