Ordered product end of feb was told in what seems to be a usual Biovea automated response that it must have been lost or thus passing the buck onto the post office. They cannot provide tracking numbers and are quick to offer a replacement. I was obviously grateful as they 'seemed' honest. It's now mid-April and still nothing. They don't have a landline number which (silly me) I should have looked for initially. Not interested in their customer relations officer either as all the responses seem automated. Lesson learnt and it's one that I will definitely be passing on. There obviously hasn't been any satisfaction with the people who complained about them on here as all their complaints are just that [URL Removed] They haven't changed them to compliments. I feel totally.
