Highly irritated with the level of "service" experienced from Biovea. Placed an order online on 23rd June - have been assured goods were dispatched on that date. They are however "unable" to give me a tracking number.
The Post office is insisting on a tracking number - as they would. Its now the 10th - Biovea ask me to be patient - its been nearly 3 weeks. I find it unacceptable in this day and age that they cannot supply me with a tracking number.
I regularly purchase products online and each and every company issues a tracking number as soon as goods are dispatched. It seems logical?
