I think the Biovea website online is a huge and must be avoided. I complained here lat week and received an email saying the package went missing and they will send me another one. What I dont understand in that soon after I replied asking them for tracking information (a standard for international delivery of parcels) and they have not responded. How did they conclude the package went missing when they don't have tracking information? Please avoid Biovea or you will lose lots of money.
