I joined virgin active a couple of years back through 1 of the consultants who swore the contract was for 1 year, provided all my details went to gym normally after the end of my contract i was still being debited, i went to virgin active southgate to query why my account was still being debited, they said i joined a 2 year contract which i did'nt and they showed me i ticked for 2 years which i did'nt and the consultant put those details after i signed the form and he swore to me it was for a year but he ticked my form for 2 years, now i'm being harassed to pay them when it was the dishonesty of 1 of their employees, i went to the store to complain but nothing was done about it
