I have placed an order with Biovea for products on the 25th of March 2013, nothing has been delivered to date (15 working days). Have been informed via an automated response that the product has been lost or. Seems to be a common excuse. I have requested my money back, I will update this post in 4 days time to report if Biovea has responed and refunded the order.
