After tons of emails and no product, I decided to ask for a refund and it looks like Biovea only takes your money, never delivers and then puts a "credit " on your "account" so that you can re order, to once again NOT receive your goods. Long story short, you pay them for waiting for nothing.
Its been almost a month since dispatch and I paid via EFT. NO goods received and FALSE advertising as it is not stated that BIOVEA ships from OVERSEAS to the SA customer.
Taking this further as I see BIOVEA did this to many South Africans. This will be the last
