I ordered a product in May for R768.00, after countless emails and follow ups I decided to demand a refund as I was told that parcels do go missing. It is now two weeks later and I still have not received my refund.
I only get automated responses, why is there no call centre is this part of the plan. I have tried to look for their CEO and or any information about the company its just puzzling to me how its run.
I am beginning to think that this company is a money making racket.
