Went to Montana in Octoebr 2012 to enquire about joining the gym but I had specific requirements before I joined. I wanted to join mainly for the benefit of my son whom at the time was 17yrs and10 months. As my son at the time was living in East London Eastern Cape I asked the consultant if my son could gym in East London and me and my daughter in Montana. No problem at all the consultant assured me. So I joined. For more than a month we then continue to struggle to get access for my son at the East London branch.By this time i am... vol of the whole affair and phone the call centre only to be told that I needed to take a PREMIER membership from the start (extra costs costs costs). Upgraded to premier (sometime in November 2012) and asked that they downgrade me again before the next biling due date as my son turned 18 in December. I was not told from the start that i am signing a 12 MONTH CONTRACT. Amazing how the most essential part of a consultants job was let out. Inform the client, is that not wat the CPA is for! Al lthe consultants want to do is sign you and then they do not care what happens afterwards. Can write a book on this but I have no more caracters left
