I bought a SAMSUNG Tablet December 2012 from FNB. I took it to the MTN branch in Hemingway in East London, Eastern Cape for repairs, as it is still under the 24months warranty about 5weeks ago. I was told that they would not be able to assist me, as I did not have a Proof of Purchase. I asked if they cant help even thou I have the box with the EMEI number on it. The guy flatly refused.

FNB sent the Proof of Purchase. Then I called Samsung Smart Clear in Durban as advised by the FNB consultant to arrange for repairs. I was told to courier the tablet to Durban at my costs. The lady who was assisting me was so rude and unprofessional. She did not know as to approximately how long will they take to repair the device.

I am writing this to seek your assistance and bringing this to your attention as SAMSUNG brand. I would also appreciate if you can refer me to the nearest SAMSUNG repair centre or any other outlet you work with around East London.
