I upgraded my phone in October 2013. I'm experiencing problems with it so i took it to MTN in Vincent. The shop assistant (Samantha) told me she could not assist me it's best that i go to the shop where i upgraded my phone. Upon asking her why, she explained that i would have to submit my warranty papers, etc. long story short, she could not help me. When i asked her for her name she gave it to me with a "don't care" attitude. I had to drive all the way to Hemmingways where i upgraded, in this scorching heat. What kind of service is this? What if i upgraded in Port Elizabeth whilst living in East London? Would i have to drive 350km to be helped? This is completely unacceptable.
