I have, over the last 3 weeks, left 3 messages at my branch of Planet Fitness. Two at reception and one for the Club Manager. Nothing. Today I called the head office and guess what? They 'don't have a customer service department'. What?!? You have to deal with the Club Manager, but he doesn't return calls. This is unbelievable. Planet, your service is so dreadful and your systems so completely useless that it's a miracle you manage to operate at all. I doubt very much that I'll hear back from anyone about this issue, but there it is.
