In 2000 I took out a gym contract with Planet Fitness in Lonehill. I enjoyed the gym facilities for the term of contract, but chose not to renew the contract upon expiration. In 2008 I received a call from Planet Fitness to say that I owed them a small, outstanding amount, which I paid over to them. They then contacted me to thank me for my payment and true to form they offered me another contract, which I declined. In late November 2012 I received a call from MBDLC legal collection services to say that I still owe Planet Fitness an amount of R798 and interest of R798 which totals R1937.43. I was more than a little surprised and asked them to please send me a full historical break-down of account from inception of contract to-date so that I could conduct a full recon and establish the validity of this claim, they have failed to supply me with this information. I also sent Planet Fitness several emails, requesting clarity and account informatoin in this regard, to which I have not received a response. MBDLC are constantly contacting me, applying bully tactics and causing me great consternation over this matter. I am concerned that this is an act of???
