After enquiring three times via telephone and by visiting the Claremont branch. This is the complaint i sent to Planet Fitness.
To whom it may concern
Planet Fitness has deducted R200 from my account without any authorization from me or prior notification. I have been struggling to get my OWN money back for more than two weeks. I feel this is TOTALLY unacceptable and ILLEGAL! If I do not receive any feedback from Planet Fitness regarding this matter I will hand this over to the Attorney's, all costs for this will be forwarded to Planet Fitness. Based on these grounds I have been informed that I may terminate my contract with Planet as a result of this breach of contract, I will not send any further correspondence, and the next letter will be from my Attorney.
