The Vigin Active sales person was unprepared as the system was down He had to look for the contract, pens and the forms for the medical history where of bad quality We noticed in the small print of the contract that we had to authorise Virgin Active to track our bank account for access to funds
When we omitted the clause The Manager declined saying that it will remain non-negotiable. We decided to withdraw As we left we asked them to cancel the agreements and give our customers copy as proof The manager refused saying that he would not upload the contract and that the copy was the property of Virgin Activ. We insisted indicating that we need proof that the contract has been cancelled but the manager became aggressive and threatening and told us to get out as we were not welcome there We went to the police station and asked for assistance The police instructed him to give us the customers copy The manager finally provided the customers copy As we left the manager commented that we must not come back his gym as we are not welcome People like the manager should not work in the service sector and we believe that he is a blemish on the image of Virgin Active
