Got to the gym yesterday to my disgust I get told that my account is in arrears. Lady at reception tells me I need to pay my account. I explain its on Debit order the account was paid in November. whats so strange that December doesnt go off I didnt change anything. She cant help me gives me two little pieces of paper with an email address to contact. I phoned the Planet Fitness hotline this morning a lovely lady helped me and said that she doesnt understand why the debit order didnt go off. but now in a space of a month I have to pay R420.00. If thats the case please cancel my debit order I will pay my account cash in the branch. I refused to be put in this disgusting situation. I had your manager stand at Reception with a mouth full of teeth and no help what so ever. she just smiled and waved. Reception at the branch couldnt tell me why the account wasnt paid and why. How disgusting service is that. Sort your things out Planet Fitness Lakeside your service stinks... I fourth runnin with this branch in a year and trust me I am using faith in your gym
