I have been trying to transfer my Planet Fitness club membership from Centurion to Plattekloof for the past 4 weeks, but without joy. I first went into the Plattekloof club one Saturday in December and after filling in a form to affect the transfer, I was informed by the Receptionist that she forgot that the process changed and I now have to e-mail customer service as they cannot do it in the club anymore.
I have sent both customer service and the Plattekloof club numerous e-mails, but despite read receipts, I have received no response.
Can someone please just contact me in order to transfer my membership so that I can enjoy the benefits that I am paying so much for?
