I have been with Planet Fitness for a while now and i want to close my contract which expires 2014 April. Ever since i began with planet fitness i have had many issues. I have the following problems with planet fitness:
* I started off in Fairmount where i wasnt given a copy of my contract with them.
*Fairmount moved which was problematic for me as it was the only easy branch for me to access no i have to go to Wanderes
*They debit my account late. My debit order is scheduled for the last day of the month and they still havent debited my account, Planet Fitness doesnt mind debiting my account in the middle of the month
* Ive asked them numerous times to let me know how much it would cost to close my account. Only to be told that a sales person will call me and let me know or Lorraine told me that i should send her an email, she will send it to head office and head office will give me a call. I sent lorraine an email requesting a delivery and read reciept but i only recieved a delivery reciept not a read receipt.
*Calling Planet Fitness is a nightmare because they take forever to answer the phone or dont answer at all.
Im tired and want out of this contract ASAP!
