I find it hard to write this report without cursing! I am SO sick of Planet Fitness. My subscription was cancelled in January 2013 - suddenly out of the blue Planet Fitness starts to debit monies of my account. R250 every week - just random debits - this is clearly. I WANT TO KNOW WHO AUTHORISED THESE DEBITS, WHAT THEY ARE FOR and I WILL BE OPENING A CASE AGAINST Planet Fitness Fourways for & . I sent an e-mail to the branch to enquire on Wednesday 4 December - the e-mail was only read today 9 December by Sean Maskell. When I called the branch to speak to Sean, as he did not reply to the e-mail (no surprise), the guy at reception said Sean left, and no one else can help me. He said I must send an e-mail to Customer Service. Planet Fitness R1500 in two months from my account - unauthorised!
