Ok, so last year, after not being billed by planet fitness for about a year, i stupidly assumed i was no longer a member and needn't worry. I noticed a debit order from them all of a sudden being deducted from my bank account. I had my bank reverse the debit order and i phoned planet fitness. I was told that i still had a membership with them and was now a year behind in payments, But was never contacted by anyone regarding this? further more was told that it was my fault as i must have changed my banking details? But then how did you manage to debit my account a year later? Thats because they were never changed. Anyway, regardless, by my contract i owed money, so i paid my account immediately, as not to get bad credit. since then my account has been debited on a monthly basis but can be as much as R1000 a month in various individual amount being debited. I understand the end of the year double debit thing, but why two months in a row? please sort this out and bring my account up to speed. I also had to by myself discover that i had been handed over to you debit collectors, whom have never called me, and i have also paid them in full, basically doing there job. need a refund.
