I took out a new contract at Planet Fitness last month with Michael (Aurora branch).
I paid the contract in full on the same day.
At the end of May I have been debited R3850 off my bank account with the reference Planet Fitness Gym Fee.
I went to see my banker, and they have done the reversal, but have said that this will continue to happen on a monthly basis unless Planet Fitness deletes my banking details and the debit order.
Planet Fitness has no right to my banking details any longer, as my contract has been settled in full.
Kindly delete my banking details from your system, you are in possession of it without my consent.
