Unfriendly!!!

Upon signing up in December I was told that I will be given a bag for signing up, and forgot to collect it. This morning I remembered and asked for the bag. The consultant was extremely rude to me just saying the manager is not in and I must come in tomorrow. For me it was in the manner and tone, I was told this. Very rude!!! Being the 2nd day of the new year, and my 1st day back at the gym, at least if I could be greeted with "happy newyear" or even hello, how you". When I signed up, she was extremely friendly. If this is the service I am receiving so early in my membership, I will take my business to the competitor as well as encourage people not to to join the gym. Service need to get jacked up!!! Its not about the bag, but the principal of service in a client facing environment..If this is the way after sales business is handled it is rather disappointing!!!
