I sign up at virgin active boulders, eddie informs me that i have to pay the joining fee and the monthly fee upfront and i do. Then i get another debit order run off my account? So i must pay twice for a month.

Then nobody can pick up that i paid twice...

I inform them that i will cancel as i am still within the cooling off period and i have proof of all my payments.

Tracy - Lee then agrees that i will be refunded today, now she says tomorrow, i wonder what excuse tomorrow will bring us.

As a manager Tracy - Lee should stick to her word.

My fiance also dealt with extremely rude agents that report to Tracy - Lee, i wonder what's being done about this or are simple agents allowed to speak to customers in a fowl manner. Is that the team they run over at Virgin Active??

Nobody gave Virgin Active the authorisation to debit my account on the 4th of the month. I am tired of begging for money that was taken from my account under false pretences.

Now i am being given the run around, unlimited excuses and now i am being totally ignored. After you wrongly take funds from my account you ignore me, great business plan Virgin Active.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY JOIN VIRGIN ACTIVE...
