I am very dissapointed in the service i received at Virgin Active. On Sunday we went there and i signed up my family. Me on the other hand said to the sales person that I do not have time to gym but would like to try and see if I like it and if I also want to join and gym with my family cause they kept nagging me to join. He told me that I can come and try it for a week and if I want to sign up then we can. Today when i went there for the first time (cause i had no time yesterday) I started on the bikes and while i was busy there, a employee came and told me that the sales person had no right to give me a week because they do not work like that and if i want to come tomorrow i have to pay R150. After hearing this, i stopped there and then and went to the manager. In return, he told me the same thing & that i have to sign up and then try it for a week. I did not feel welcome there after I was treated like I did something wrong because of what the sales person told me. It is not my problem that he was not trained properly and did not know the rules. I do not wish to sign up for the gym and think i am also going to cancel my families membership, only signed them up because i could try
