Poor service and false information

Last year i opened a virgin active gym contract at watermeyer pretoria and was told that i could move it 3 times within my 2 year contract period so i recently moved houses and called to move my membership only to be told that i must now pay extra monthly, when i told the lady what i had been told i was given attitude by her and therefore i asked for it to be cancelled she then went on to tell me it will cost me 1088 to cancel the contract and didnt even try to keep my business i was then told by her "you are not listening to me" which i found extremely rude. i am highly dissapointed as i have been gyming with virgin active for many years and would actually like to change to planet fitness rather since i have basically been told they not interested in my concerns.
