No account nr to pay

I received appauling service from Virgin active. I logged a hello peter complaint and was contacted in Dec 2013 and i made payment arrangements. The lady i spoke to was suppose to send me an email with the banking account details. i still have not received the email. With the bad service i received from virgin active this far and makes me wonder if you guys are doing this on purpose, so you can hand my account over to debt collectors and to put my name on ITC. This is very depressing. i made payment arrangemenst for edn of december and i still have not received the banking details to paythe money into.
