Today we had to take my sister to the airport after a two week visit from Scotland. We were very emotional, because we only get to see her every 18-24months for a short visit. We went to the airport early to make sure her luggage and gets checked in.17:00 When we got to the check in it was only us at the British Airways check in. No other people. Went to the second entrance where two Stallion ladies stopped my sister for her passport. We greeted them very friendly. The woman (long hair) were extremely rude and did not greet us back. My sister was busy opening her passport, when the woman said she will do it and took it away from my sister. She then told us, in a very rude and unfriendly manner, that we are not allowed to go with my sister to the check in. My mom and I stayed behind very upset because of the manner the woman spoke to us and look at us. While we were waiting other people also came to check in. She then allowed a girl to go with her friend to the check in. I went to her and asked her why can they go in and we cannot. She then had lame excuses and was again very rude. She did not have a name tag on... Why do you allow people like that to work there... Poor service
