Poor service twice in less than a month

In December I changed my gym to virgin active. Seriously disappointed as on my second visit to the Meyersdal branch I was greeted by unfriendly staff at reception. Now I get a call from Cheslin from the Cape Town head office with regards to my unpaid account. When signing my contract I was advised my first payment would be the 25th of January. Today is the 8th of January. Very upset that I moved to virgin active from sports and fitness club in Alberton who provide a much better service. Virgin active sales is very quick to get you to sign up. But after sales service is horrible. I wish I never changed my gym.
