Disappointed doesn't even describe the way I feel about Planet Fitness. I have done everything you can possibly think of to get my contract terminated and no one is willing to assist.
I have emailed and my emailes were deleted without being read, Sales Manger in Wonderers only read my email and never bothered to reply. I have called so many times and still no one is willing to assist.
I even drove to Head Office to get help
My last attempt, I spoke to Lynwood manager and he said he can't pick my name on the system.
Maybe I should cancel my debit order and that will make them to sort my problem out
