Have tried unsuccessfully for 4 months to cancel PF debit order after they started taking different amounts and on different days. Bank fees incurred on this. PF try up to 3 times same day to debit. No one at Planet Fitness can tell me how to cancel. Bank can't do it. Both bank and PF employees tell me this is an on-going problem with other PF customers. Emailed 6 letters to PF without single reply. It was made easy by PF to open their debit order but impossible to cancel it. Where to next??
