I cancelled my membership at Planet Fitness, and a few months after, Planet Fitness debited my account twice. I noticed this and notified them about it. Since I notified them, they have not deducted further debit orders, but they have also not refunded me the money yet. I have been in contact with Lizette from 2 October 2013 - she asked for my bank details, but since then I have not heard a word or received a cent. Planet Fitness, please pay me back my money!
